SUITS AND JACKETS

PATHS OF STYLE.

“Every one of our suits is unique.
Just like our clients.”
D.Z.

Each suit by Zeolla, whether bespoke or made-to-measure, can be fully customized to the client’s unique form.
Unlike retail clothing, which uses adhesives on the interior elements to the detriment of that sense of naturalness when wearing a jacket, a Zeolla tailored suit uses hand-mounted canvas. Upon request, the inner linings can be 100% cupro or silk, while Tahitian mother-of-pearl buttons add a touch of exclusivity and style. All this attention to detail transforms wearing the item into an indulgence, exemplified by the harmony of lines and squares paired together during assembly.

The difference is in the details.

The personalization possibilities offered by Zeolla allow the client to customize each element of his suit, such as the selection of fabrics chosen specifically for tailoring and the decision to create a one, two or three button suit. The choice between a lined or totally unlined jacket.

Whether to apply the pockets to the jacket for a slightly less formal style or whether to go with the classic and very contemporary pockets with flaps. Selecting the size of the lapels and whether they should be notch or peaked, or perhaps a shawl for more formal wear. It also extends to the choice of colour of the hand-embroidered buttonholes and the inner linings, as well as the possibility to adapt the position and size of the inside pockets to the client’s specific needs.
For trousers, clients can specify them with suspender buttons, with or without belt loops, as well as choosing whether they should have pleats or not.
All this leads to the creation of truly original garments that follow the client’s imagination with the undivided attention and priceless advice of the tailor.

Style lives forever.

Zeolla tailoring accompanies the life of the suit over time, adapting it to any changes in the client’s physical form or even simply to satisfy his changing taste. In this way we ensure our creations are contemporary and always wearable.

Each Zeolla suit is delivered with an inside label made of leather including the client’s laser etched name. It also comes with a second textile material label hidden on the inside, showing the date of manufacture of the item.

Bespoke: speak volumes without using words.

There are few boutiques that offer this type of workmanship, in part due to the long production times of the suit and also because of the skills required, something which has remained in the hands of just a few expert craftsmen. In many cases, these professionals have not passed on their venerable experience to the new generations. Zeolla bespoke keeps this art alive, something that today more than ever denotes the true meaning of Made in Italy.
A Zeolla bespoke suit is created from the client’s individual measurements and forms and therefore adapts to any physique. A pattern piece is created that reflects the client in every detail and assembly is painstakingly accompanied by the tailor’s craftmanship as he applies the ageless mastery of this art to each step. A process that involves considerable manual skill and at least two fittings before delivery.

Made to measure: you’re born tailored.

Unlike a bespoke suit, a Zeolla made-to-measure suit is suitable for those who have a fairly regular physical form and are looking for a tailored suit with the best fit and the highest levels of customization. Starting from a proprietary neutral pattern piece base, Zeolla produces a garment adapted to the client’s precise measurements. Using only the most modern manufacturing techniques, this tailoring process ensures extremely high levels of quality. Made-to-measure items go through various stages of manual skill and require at least one fitting before delivery.

The fabrics of Zeolla suits.

There is an impressive range of fabrics to choose from at Zeolla, including pure fabrics such as wool, cotton and cashmere, as well as mixed fabrics that combine different fibres in various percentages: wool and silk blends, wool and linen blends or even wool, silk and linen together. We prefer to use two-ply fabrics and grades starting from 130’s, but we also offer 150’s and 180’s for those who appreciate the finer grades. The origin is mainly from Italian and English woollen mills, including Vitale Barberis Canonico, Loro Piana, Colombo, Guabello and E-Thomas.
